Yacht Supply has appointed a Corporate Governance and Investors Relations Committee. Members of the advisory board will perform several roles, including assisting management with the performance of their duties, gathering input from business leaders and investors, discussing and analysing industry issues and business environment, and safeguarding the long term objectives of the company.
Edouard is a lawyer with one of the largest firms in Monaco, Gordon Blair, and is vice-president of the Monaco Yacht Cluster. Edouard is able to bring his skills in the creation of contractual obligations between partners, as well as his insights as to the future of the global yachting industry.
A brilliant inventor of the Kapla toys, Tom is also the owner of Moonbeam IV, a beautiful 35m long specimen, built by William Fife Junior in the early 1900s. Tom combines his business skills, honed over a career, with great foresight and intelligence.
As the former director of the CCI ports, including Antibes, Nice and Cannes, Laurent has a true understanding of the working of ports, institutional relationships and the laws that govern the super yacht industry. He is still heavily involved, working on a new charter contract to replace the MYBA contract in France. Laurent will bring first-class knowledge of the workings of the yacht industry, as well as a particularly enviable network to the table.
A former secretary of the US Chamber of Commerce, Jacqueline will work with Mounia Mazouz, an expert in US-Europe business relations in order to ensure Global Yacht Supply’s service is truly global.
Former director of communications for the town of Nice, Jean-Charles will use his experience to guide the company as they seek to communicate effectively and clearly with both present and future investors.
Bruno’s experience as the director of the maritime school, INSEIT, Nice, will allow Global Yacht Supply to extend and strengthen relationships with world-renowned and highly important maritime institutions.
